Classroom and Training Room Rental

CompTEC has fully equipped state of the art Computer Training Rooms available for daily or weekly rentals. Prices start at $750/day and include the following:

State-of-the-art Technology Training
Our classrooms come with top-of-the-line equipment and with a friendly and experienced technical staff. We provide all the solutions for your instructive needs: from flipcharts and whiteboards to digital projectors and completely networked workstations. Our classrooms include Pentium 4 3Ghz computers with up to 2GB of memory and LCD monitors. We also offer secure wireless connection, powerful surround sound systems, and Voice over IP technology.

Full Setup and Imaging
Our full-time technical staff will setup the computers as per your requirements and needs. We can install a variety of PC compatible operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows Server.

Technical Support
Experienced technicians are available during your session, in the case anything goes wrong. Our techical staff is A+ and Microsoft certified, and willing to solve any of your problems.

Internet Access
We provide full access to our high-speed T1 to all of our clients for their convenience and improvement of the learning experience. Our always-on connection to the Internet enables a richer learning experience.

Conferences and Meetings
We can accomodate any type of meeting or conference, with available digital projectors and internet access. Each facility also includes full-time administrative support, with knowledgeable technical staff.

Catering
Coffee and fresh-baked cookies are complimentary with every room. We can also arrange for catered lunches for your class or meeting, which can be sandwiches, pizza, or any other food that you might prefer

Hotel Reservations
All of our facilities are located within walking shuttle distance of hotels. We can arrange for reservations in the hotel of your choice.
