VONAPP Benefits application
1. This link is for those veterans who need to apply for benefits including education (VA Form 22-1990).
2. The Application can be filled out online. Once it is filled out, make sure you print a copy. CompTEC needs a copy of your VONAPP as part of your enrollment.
3. Also, and very very important, your signature (at the end of the VONAPP) should immediately be sent to the Regional Processing Office listed. You cannot receive the GIBILL unless VA receives this signature.
